Our membership-based concierge and executive health practice offers an alternative to traditional primary care medicine. With our membership-based model, Perspective Health & Wellness physicians focus the full breadth of their medical expertise and training with a defined panel of patients, allowing you more time, greater understanding and more opportunity to proactively help your patients achieve their health goals.
Our growing Perspective Health & Wellness practice has opportunities for experienced BC/BE Internal Medicine physicians with a patient-centric focus to join our teams. We offer two great practice tracks to choose from, including the Membership-Based Concierge Care Team or our Executive Health Team. Both physician teams provide more personalized and engaged care with the backing of a sophisticated integrated health system to support you and your patients with specialty consultations, medical treatments and surgical interventions.
You may know this as primary care medicine, but for our Perspective Health & Wellness team, it is so much more.
This yearly membership-based practice is designed to build strong clinical relationships with patients who are actively engaged in their own health. We provide an enhanced level of personalized holistic care that allows us to explore the full breadth of primary care services and recommend treatments that enhance the total health of our patients.
Our physicians are directly involved in the onboarding of new patients to ensure that we maintain an optimal census with a panel of adult patients who are vested in their well-being and responsible with their physician access privilege.
With more time and greater clinical relationships, our physicians are better equipped to proactively address our patient’s healthcare needs and help them build comprehensive wellness plans to live their healthiest lives.
Our team of Internal Medicine physicians specialize in providing tailored healthcare examinations and wellness plans for busy professionals.
This level of specialized, convenient and personalized care ensures that busy executives can get attentive care services that allow them to be well, stay focused and continue to lead the way.
Our experienced Executive Health internists provide comprehensive yearly physicals tailored to ensure our patients’ ongoing physical, mental and emotional health.
For a fraction of those availing themselves of Executive Physicals we also offer a longitudinal care offering for the rest of the year at a separate price point.
