Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital is currently seeking a Neonatologist to join their regional team of 23 established neonatologists. This is a clinically focused, teaching position will be based at Levine Children’s Hospital (LCH). The Level IV, 85 bed NICU, serves more than 1,100 admissions annually and is the referral center for the entire region. All subspecialty newborn care services are active with 6 in the USNWR top 50 for 2017. Neonatologists manage a busy service that includes ECMO, hypothermia Rx for HIE and preop care for congenital heart disease. In house call is shared with 11 other LCH based Neonatologists. LCH has a highly regarded pediatric residency with 36 residents who rotate through the NICU. A highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner team shares care on all the services, round the clock, with the Neonatologists.
