Psychiatrist –- Psycho-Oncology, Department of Supportive Oncology at Levine Cancer Institute
Excellent opportunity for a dynamic psychiatrist to join our growing psycho-oncology team as a leader at one the largest cancer institutes in the nation. The physician will oversee the expansion of existing psychiatric services within LCI while collaborating with other supportive oncology disciplines that include Oncology Palliative Care, Integrative Oncology, Cancer Rehabilitation, Senior Oncology, Cancer Nutrition, Survivorship, and Nurse Navigation. This interdisciplinary, collaborative treatment model is critical in our successful management of cancer-related symptoms/side effects and research efforts. The physician will have an opportunity to conduct research, mentor medical students and psychiatric residents, as well as have a significant impact of a robust Psycho-Oncology Department within one of the nation’s top oncology institutes while providing leadership and guidance to over 25 healthcare providers.
